Here is description of the tests.
Shona - likes contact with people, quite easy to control
and train, she is lively, open and able to
accept human leadership, has medium pain/touch tolerance, she is pretty calm
when surprised by a strange situation and seems to handle it situations very
well.
Sansa - quite independant; but interested in people and accepts leadership in some level. Pet quality - 3 crowns in the ridge
Sauda - very friendly, willing to cooperate
with people, easy to handle; shows quite high game
instinct, she is moderately sensitive to pain, actively interested in
her enviornment;
calm and not fearful.
Pet
quality - 3 crowns in the ridge
Shani - lively and open girl, a little mischievous with good sense of humor, but easily accepting human leadership; likes contact with people, gentle, willing to cooperate and curious.
Sipho - independant, reserved and strong willed, but ready to accept leadership; he is gentle and not pushy; calm, self-controlled and stable.
Salehe - independant, self-confident but doesn't show dominance; should be handled gently by an experienced person, then he will accept leadership. He is calm and doesn't panic when things get out of control. He has high excitability level, but low touch/pain level.
Sisi - he is quite submissive, looking for contact, ready to bond closely with human and needs to feel well cared for. He will need a warm and stable person who he can rely on. He is not fearful but may be sound-sensitive. His pain/touch tolerance is rather high.
Sikhulu - Likes contact with people and is ready to accept their leadership; he may show some level of independance but in a positive way.
Sipoko - he is the most independant and reserved puppy of all ten. He's not very interested in people, he's self-confident, stable and has a very high excitability level. He is not showing agression though and will accept strange situation, due to his high self-assurance. He will definitely need and experienced home and patient owners. Pet quality - 3 crowns in the ridge.
Sefu - His results are very much satisfying, he seems to be a very even tempered puppy with elastic mentality; friendly, outgoing, willing to cooperate, he is stable and self-confident, accepts human leadership and might easily adapt to any environment.
NOTE: These tests are general for all breeds, therefore some results can
be different than expected from an average puppy. The fact that a puppy
didn't want to chase a towel cannot be an indicator of low pray drive,
as ridgebacks seem to KNOW it's silly to chase it! Also following a strange
person is not what we expect from a RR puppy. But generally, these tests
gave us a nice picutre of each puppy and hopefully will help us to place
the babies in most sutaible environments.
